Let your fridge and taste buds determine what ingredients you use. Tomatoes and salad greens are the 2 must have ingredients for me. Everything should be diced into small cubes.

Ingredients
  • Tomato 1 large diced
  • Carrot ½ diced
  • Pepper (Capsicum) red or green ⅓ diced
  • Baby Spinach leaves 1 big hand full
  • Feta Cheese about 50 grams
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Lemon ¼ piece
Instructions
  1. Dice everything finely. Crush the garlic and chop it finely. Also make sure the salad greens are chopped finely.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a large salad bowl. Crumble or dice the feta cheese into small pieces. Then squeeze the fresh lemon over everything.
  3. Mix very well and serve.
Notes
Other salad ingredients could include olives, cucumber, beetroot, and onions.
