- Cilantro – Also called Coriander, is a herb often used in Asian, Middle East and African cuisines.
- Cinnamon – A wonderful ingredient that should be in every cupboard, used in both savory and sweet dishes.

- Cornwell’s Lancashire Relish – Famous brown sauce brand in Australia and New Zealand that is similar to Worcestershire sauce.
- Eggplant – Also called aubergine in the United Kingdom. It’s often used in Mediterranean, Middle East and Indian recipes. It’s also very easy to grow if you live in the right climate.
- Garlic – My kitchen is rarely, if ever, without at least one bulb of garlic.
- Parsley – One of the most commonly used herbs in my kitchen and most kitchens in many parts of the world: Parsley.
- Pul Biber – A wildly popular spice used in Turkey, called red pepper flakes.
- Red Pepper Flakes or Crushed Red Pepper – Uses a variety or peppers according to the region and may or may not include the pepper seeds. Called Pul Biber in Turkey.
- Relish – Cornwell’s Lancashire Relish is a sauce brand in Australia and New Zealand that is similar to Worcestershire sauce.
- Spring Onions – Called Scallions in North America, they’re often used in salads and feature heavily in Asian cuisine.
