My New Camera Nikon D90

It has been months since I have had a digital SLR camera, so I’m pretty excited about my new toy. It’s a Nikon D90, 12.3 megapixel D-SLR with two lenses and a bunch of accessories. I really wanted a Canon camera but this Nikon came up at a good price, so I bought it (second hand). Beggars can’t be choosers! So, I now have no excuses to not post more recipes. For a while there I had no kitchen and no camera so I had more than enough excuses.

I have been playing around with the new camera in the garden today. I still have so much to learn but I’m a motivated student.

It’s very similar to the Canon camera that I was using previously. For me, it’s more than adequate. As my photography skills develop and my bank balance grows I might think about upgrading, but for now I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I bought mine used, in perfect condition with a shutter count of 3000, so it still feels new. I was just looking at a similar camera on eBay with a shutter count of 90,000! Here’s some new Nikon D90s for sale on Amazon if you’re interested.
